WARRIOR 510: is designed to be fitted inside jackets. Individual protection complies with Directives 89/686/. The composition of the protector is made up of multiple layers. The first layer is designed for impact distribution, the second and third layers, in PE of different thickness, progressively absorb the energy of the collision. The “blocks”, located on the inside and outside of the protector, are produced by a thermal moulding process, and they give the protector an extra 20% resistance to impacts.
The protector features high abrasive resistance. An innovate system of channels allows the air inside the protector to circulate; this assures optimum thermal comfort and maintains an ideal microclimate inside the garment. A softer, low density PE material is applied to all the zones that come into contact with the torso. The transversal tapers, inspired by the structure of aircraft wings, guarantee optimum comfort and greater freedom of movement when riding.
