This nifty little tool is used to push the tyre bead down to allow you to more easily change your tyres.  It conveniently hooks over the a spoke and pushes the bead down on the opposite side of the tyre levers.  Makes removing tyres and putting them back easier and quicker.  A must have for every tool box!
